Matcha & Hojicha lattes

Three simple and quick preparations
With a Matcha whisk for latte art (10-12 oz serving)
- In a bowl, mix ∼1 teaspoon of powder (2.5g Matcha | 2g Hojicha), 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 50 ml of hot water (∼90°C).
- Whisk until a homogeneous foam forms.
- Steam 200ml of your choice of milk with the steam wand.
- Pour the milk over the tea and serve.
With a steam wand (10-12 oz size)
- In the steam wand pitcher, mix ∼1 teaspoon of powder (2.5g Matcha | 2g Hojicha), 1 teaspoon of sugar, 50 ml of hot water (∼90°C), and 200ml of your choice of milk.
- Heat with the wand and serve.

Iced Latte
- Pour ¾ cup (about 180 g) of your preferred milk into a glass filled with ice.
- In a bowl, whisk 2 tsp (4 g) of powder (Matcha or Hojicha) with 1 to 2 tsp of sugar into about 50 ml of hot water (between 75 and 95 °C), until smooth and slightly frothy.
- Gently pour the Matcha or Hojicha over the milk, stir if desired, and enjoy.
